Meeting with the local guide who will drive you to the Hotel.
Check into accommodation. Introduction to the tour. Grab Lunch.
Leave for Erice. Walk along the striking roads of the town, and all the way up to the Venus Castle.
Stroll along the narrow alleys and courtyards, then finally taste the local dessert called "Genovese", a shortcake usually served fresh-baked.
Back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast. Leave for Palermo.
Tour central Palermo to see the Cathedral and the most beautiful palaces and squares. Lunch at a famous rotisserie; the menu has anelletti parlemitani oven-baked, sicilian fritters called panelle and a slice of cassata, a local cake.
Stop at Piana degli Albanesi, a historical place where the community has maintained still today many ethnic elements of Albanian culture.
Visit the old centre and the museum to see a striking collection of traditional handmade dresses belonged to noble families.
Tasting of sweet sicilian cannolo.
Back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

Breakfast. Leave for Marsala.
Visit the old winery Cantine Florio which produces the famous wine of the town.
Visit the archaeological Museum which was created for the conservation and display of the Marsala Punic Warship.
Walking tour of Marsala, also known for the Landing of Garibaldi and the Thousand. Lunch at a local restaurant and tasting of cous cous, a typical Arabic dish.
Leave for Saline and boarding for Mothia, a beautiful island colonized by the Phoenicians.
Visits to the Whitaker Museum, the Sanctuary and the Necropolis.
Leave for Mazara del Vallo.
Visit the museum where the Dancing Satyr is housed. Free time around the old centre. Back to the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.
