Martorana pasta desserts and Sicilian Cuddura
(from March 6th to April 12th)
The processing of royal pasta for the creation of delicious typical sweets.
Equipped with everything they need, participants will first be told the story of pasta reale , also known as "pasta di Martorana" , the traditions associated with it and the birth of ancient recipe.
Subsequently, everyone can make a pastry of pastareale, using the appropriate molds or trying out new forms.
Participants will then decorate the sweet made with special food colors, to finish it like that of the great pastry shops !!
Snack based on genuine products.
We make the famous Sicilian cuddura.
Ancient recipe and deep traditions will be the protagonists of the second workshop during which the children will have to mix the ingredients and create, in the company of an assistant, a real "cuddura" decorating it according to typically Sicilian customs and traditions.
At the end of the two itineraries, the participants will be able to take their decorative works home
